PROGRAM
Summary:
The Defense Enclave Services (DES) contract provides network modernization to Defense Agencies and Field Activities in a partnership with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to deliver a single digital enterprise that establishes a modern infrastructure foundation and unified architecture needed to deliver cohesive combat support capabilities to the warfighter.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
oMust hold an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
(US Citizenship required) PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
oDevelop resource loaded project schedules and managing the tasks, dependencies, and risks in order to deliver migration project on time and within budget.
oOversee and coordinate migration planning activities while monitoring and managing risks.
oManage projects executed by the DES Operation Team.
oWork with the program and government stakeholders to improve project management processes and procedures oWork with functional support teams, including, operations team subject matter experts, project controls, contracts, subcontracts, and security, to ensure projects are executed, efficiently; and meet cost, performance, and schedule objectives.
oWork with technical teams to report project status and assist with other support tasks, as required.
oWork across team members to document migration lessons learned for continual improvement of future migration activities.
oSet project goals, come up with plans to meet those goals and report status throughout the project lifecycle.
oBrief and present project plans to key stakeholders.
oOrganize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
oDevelop resource loaded project schedules and manage the tasks, dependencies, and risks in order to deliver migration project on time and within budget.
oCoordinate project tasks with team members, manage delivery team resources when developing schedules oUse project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
oConduct risk assessments for projects.
oManage the DES Operations Team Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) process and the delivery of required documentation.
oAssist with the maintenance of the program's Integrated Data Environment (SharePoint).
oAssist with the development of content for program reviews and contract milestones.
oSupport the technical publications team with writing support, peer reviews, quality reviews, and file management support.
oAttend technical meetings, change request and ASI scheduling meetings, and prepare formal written minutes (as required) for delivery to the government.
oIdentify automation opportunities to drive improved service delivery.
oCommunicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information.
BASIC
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree and 8
years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
oDemonstrated success project management approaches.
oDemonstrated success in planning and executing large/complex IT migrations and consolidations.
oExperience with discovery, event management and ITSM tools.
oDemonstrated success in working with leadership to understand and define resource needs of your project.
oExperience in performing project audits; monitor/tracking of corrective actions; managing process improvement; performing process checks on internal procedures; and reviewing contract deliverables.
oDemonstrated success in multi-tasking, self-assigning work, and functioning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
oProficiency with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
oDemonstrated success working with technical leads and subject matter experts to understand and define resource requirement to order to develop schedules that ensure operational projects are completed on time within budget readiness.
oDemonstrated success in managing project team activities and technical resources, and providing periodic project status to stakeholders.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
oFamiliarization of DISA, DOD regulations, and directives.
oProject Integration and Services experience.
oDefine project scope, goals and the outcomes that will support the achievement of business goals.
oExperience supporting multiple senior level managers and Program Management Office leaders for very large DoD contracts.
oProficiency with software development tools.
oPMP Certification.
DISADESExternal Referral EligiblePay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.
00 - $130,000.
00 - $175,500.
00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
