Unit DescriptionSodexo Government Services is seeking a dynamic, creative, and experienced Retail Manager to fill a key leadership role for a high-profile account with a government agency located in Fort George Meade, MD.

Meade is located in Maryland, midway between the cities of Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington, DC.
The Executive Chef will have culinary responsibilities in retail operation and catering.
National Brands will include; Subway, Qdoba, Starbucks, Pizza Hut plus traditional cafe ops.
Position contingent upon obtaining a security clearance from the United States government based on a federal background investigation, which will include a polygraph.
Applicant must be a US citizen.
The successful candidate will:
motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff.
provide stellar customer service.
ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed.
conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands).
direct daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations.
manage cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards are in place.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
