years of work experience with an engineering firm or a telecommunications service providerExperience with engineering aspects of network design in addition to project managementWireless industry with wireless network engineering, 5 years (Preferred)Physical networks, 3 years (Preferred)Four or more years' experience operating and supporting complex communication systems or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience in SIP, ISDN, TCP-IP, VoIP QOS, SNMP, RTP/RTCPExperience using network tools such as Wireshark packet analyzer and SIP ladder diagram tools to identify call progress issuesDemonstrated excellent written/oral communication skills, technical documentation skills, user liaison skills, and personal interaction abilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
