Systems Engineer (Intermediate)Performs a variety of systems engineering tasks and activities independently, which are broad in nature and are concerned with major systems design, integration, and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and/or equipment.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or a Mathematics-intensive discipline.
Experience Requirements:
Possess five years of intensive and progressive experience in the individual's field of study and specialization.
Data/NiFi EngineerIn this role you will:
Successful candidate will become integrated into the team to design, develop, implement, test, secure, and support data transport and brokering for multiple classified networks and between networks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform system administration Niagara Files (NiFi) or similar data flow technology running on Linux VMs.
Support Backup/Failover/Load Balancing of data brokering to improve availability.
Monitor availability & usage.
Respond to outages, take corrective action, and issue outage report.
Support engineering, design, and implementation of new and/or improved data transport and brokering capabilities.

years of experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSecret Clearance NeededExperience with classified and unclassified networksFamiliarity with Linux platformsFamiliarity with Niagara Files (NiFi), or other similar data flow technologiesFamiliarity with Java programingIAT II Certification (GSEC, SEC+, SCNP, SSCP).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
